Assistant Property Officer

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Enforce Deed of Mutual Covenant or Tenancy Agreement terms</li> <li>Handle requests and complaints from tenants and owners</li> <li>Monitor the day-to-day building management and inspection services</li> <li>Oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services<br></li> </ul> <p>Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines</li> <li>Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) License is an advantage</li> <li>1 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of commercial and luxury residential properties;</li> <li>Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Incorporated Owners;</li> <li>Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;</li> <li>Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;</li> <li>Immediate available is preferred;</li> <li>Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property Officer</li> </ul>
