Fund Operations Specialist

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of private equity and Hong Kong stock IPO funds.

2. Assist in the establishment, registration, compliance management and full process execution of the fund.

3. Coordinate fund valuation, NAV calculation, and investor regular report compilation and sending.

4. Assist investors in due diligence and response to inquiries, maintain investor database and communication records.

5. Assist in establishing a financial monitoring and reporting mechanism for invested enterprises, and track operating financial data.

6. Assist the investment team in completing post-investment management work.

7. Ensure fund operations comply with the Securities Regulatory Commission's requirements, and assist in completing application and license maintenance.

8. Establish and improve the internal control process of fund operation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, etc.

• 3 years of operation experience in private equity funds or asset management industry

• Familiar with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission's regulatory requirements and fund operating standards

• Applicants with full experience in fund establishment, registration, and operation are preferred.

• Applicants with cross-border fund management experience are preferred

• Good Chinese and English communication skills, fluent in Mandarin

• Detailed and rigorous, with strong project management skills and team spirit

• Preference will be given to those with CFA, fund management qualifications, etc.
