Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant floor, ensuring a smooth service process

• Greet guests warmly and politely, guide them to their seats and provide assistance with ordering

• Accurately pass customer orders to the kitchen, and coordinate the timing and quality of the dishes

• Keep the table and public area clean, and complete the opening and closing work according to the standard

Work requirements

• Have basic Cantonese communication skills, clear pronunciation, and friendly attitude

• Preference will be given to those with restaurant floor service or customer service experience

• Able to adapt to high pressure and fast-paced work environment, shift work

• Pay attention to personal appearance, follow the restaurant uniform and sanitation standards

• Willing to learn food and beverage service knowledge, and work with the team to achieve service goals
