Sales Consultant Supervisor

1. Lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring smooth operations during sales procedure and defect rectifications.

2. Assist the General manager in managing Sales Consultants.

3. Responsible for creating the work-flows of the sales department.

4. Responsible for the achievement of monthly sales target.

5. Responsible for training Sales Consultants to enhance team performances.

6. Collaborate with internal teams (production, custom, logistics, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

7. Responsible for keeping showroom clean and neat.

8. Ad-hoc works assigned by supervisor.

Sales Consultant

1. Accompany customers during their journeys through the showrooms.

2. Provide professional sales consultation, product and solution presentation.

3. Handle customer inquires, quotation or purchase orders.

4. Proactively build up and maintain good relationships with customers.

5. Responsible for keeping showroom clean and neat.

6. Ad-hoc works assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

1. Form 6 or Diploma, No experience required.

2. Strong Selling, negotiation and presentation skills.

3. Good command of Cantonese (Mandarin Option).

4. Fresh graduates are welcome.

5. Candidate with more experience will be considered in Supervisor.
