Responsibilities:

Properly execute personnel management and overall operations of the branch
Various cost control and administrative management
Lead the store staff and provide quality customer service

Requirements:

Second 5; More than 4 years of restaurant management experience
Proactive and flexible sense of responsibility, independent problem-solving ability, leadership skills, personnel management and supervision techniques, emphasis on communication and team spirit
Good Cantonese; able to read and write Chinese

Working hours:

Working 6 days a week, 9 hours a day (shifts and breaks)
