Mud and water worker

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal and external walls, floors and ceilings of buildings, including plastering, laying bricks, tiling, bricklaying and waterproofing layer construction, etc.

• Measure, layout, position and prepare materials on site according to the drawings and construction requirements, ensuring that the project meets the quality and safety standards.

• Properly store and organize your personal tools and site materials, keep the site clean and orderly, and follow the site safety rules and occupational safety and health guidelines.

• Participate in daily site inspections and simple acceptance work, reflect on construction deviations or potential problems in real time and assist in correction.

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of local mud and water related actual construction experience, familiar with Hong Kong's commonly used building materials, construction processes and common residential / industrial building construction processes.

• No need for academic qualifications, but you must have basic reading and writing skills, be able to understand simple Chinese construction instructions, plan annotations and safety notices.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin listening and speaking abilities, to meet the daily coordination needs of diverse background colleagues and supervisors.

• Holds a valid Hong Kong work visa or a work visa that can be sponsored by the company; you must bring your own basic manual tools (such as a level, trowel, protractor, etc.).

• Good physical condition, able to adapt to different indoor and outdoor environments, including brief climbing of ladders and moving medium-weight materials, and strictly following the daily work schedule (4-8 hours per day, 6 days off per month).

Benefits

• Monthly salary of HKD$15,000 to $20,000, depending on experience and technical performance, with monthly salary paid on time at the end of the month.
