Property Manager

Duties:

1. Manage and supervise the operation of property management services;

2. Supervise the team to provide high-quality property management services to customers;

3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws;

4. Attend the meeting of the homeowners' association and maintain good relations with the committee;

5. Keep in touch with customers, suppliers and internal staff;

6. Process temporary tasks as needed.

Requirements:

1. Have a degree in property management or related sciences;

2. Have at least 8 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years of management experience;

3. Need to hold a PMP (Tier 1) qualification license;

4. Have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) in writing and speaking.
