Job Description
<div>Job Responsibilities</div>
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction</li>
<li>Process customer requests including account updates, service changes, order tracking, and billing adjustments with accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and contribute feedback based on common customer concerns</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or a related field</li>
<li>Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center environments</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers</li>
<li>Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and customer relationship management (CRM) software</li>
<li>Calm and empathetic demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li>
