Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Through multiple channels such as telephone, network platform and offline activities, actively develop potential customers and expand customer resources.
Greet visiting customers with warmth and provide professional and detailed consultation services to enhance customer experience and trust.
Completely understand the company's housing information and core selling points, accurately match them according to customer needs, and give a detailed product explanation.
Assist customers in completing their purchase, signing contracts and related procedures, and following up on the contract process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Work requirements

Have good communication and expression skills and service awareness, and be able to establish good interactive relationships with customers.
Active and proactive, goal-oriented, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and willing to accept challenging sales tasks.
Have certain negotiation skills and persuasion ability, be able to effectively handle customer objections and push for successful transactions.
Strong sense of responsibility, emphasis on team collaboration, able to promptly feedback market information and customer needs, and support company strategy optimization.
