Duties:

1. Actively develop cooperation partners and channels, promote company business, formulate work plans based on company goals, and achieve performance targets through customers recommended by cooperation partners;
2. Observe and conduct industry research, regularly report and organize industry and market opportunities, and promptly update cooperation partner development status and company product service details;

3. Build brand influence and co-brand with partner companies to plan and hold market brand activities, assist in following up on partner agreement signing;
4. Continuously expand new market cooperation opportunities;

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least two years of channel development and maintenance experience, with rich channel management experience;
2. Have offline market activity planning and operation experience, and channel acquisition customer experience;

4. Have strong content planning and execution ability, strong goal orientation, and emotional control and sense of responsibility;
5. Have a background in studying/work/living in the UK, those with overseas real estate background are preferred, those who can speak Chinese, English and Cantonese are preferred
