BCBA (Experience for children with SEN preferred, Autism/ADHD)

Responsibilities:

- Supervise/ Provide 1:1 or small group therapy for children with SEN

- Manage the program implementation, paperwork and data collection from junior therapists

- Instruct to prepare teaching materials

- Actively participate in training and team meeting, collaborate with team members to facilitate best outcome for children

- Communicate with parents about progress and plans

- Assist with clinical assessments

- Responds to parents’ phone enquires

- Help to develop the training teams and ABA services in different areas

Requirements

- Passionate, enjoy to work with children and team members

- Willing to explore

- Good communicate skills

- Master degree is must

- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and powerpoint)

- Professional certification of BCaBA or BCBA is must
