Job Description

Sales representative (mortgage loan)
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting and selling bank mortgage loan products to individual and corporate customers, including residential mortgages, refinancing services and related value-added solutions;
Through telemarketing, customer referrals, advertising promotion and cooperative channels, etc. , actively develop potential customers, establish and maintain long-term customer relationships;
Based on the customer's financial situation and needs, provide professional mortgage loan consultation and customized solution advice, and assist in completing the loan application and document preparation process;
Regularly follow up on sales leads and submitted case progress, coordinate credit approval, and improve case approval rate and disbursement efficiency;

Work requirements

Secondary School Graduation (F.5) or diploma above, with at least one year of banking sales work experience, those with mortgage or loan product sales background are preferred;
Have excellent sales skills and on-site/remote presentation abilities, be able to clearly communicate product value, effectively handle customer objections and close deals;
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese text processing software, able to independently create simple sales presentations.
