<p>Live Stream Host / Presenter<br> Work nature: full-time / part-time (depending on the situation)<br> Work location: Tseung Kwan O (company photography studio or customer site), mixed work mode (part-time work from home)<br><br> Work days: flexible arrangement, details can be discussed<br> </p><p></p><p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for various live broadcast program hosting work, including product introduction, on-site demonstration, interactive question and answer and live goods sales.</p></li><li><p>Broadcast live according to the planning script, or you can improvise, effectively create a lively atmosphere, and enhance audience engagement, viewing time, and conversion rate.</p></li><li><p>Participate in live stream preparation, including product familiarization, scene decoration, prop organization, and equipment check.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the shooting of promotional short films and brand content films, and participate in content planning meetings to provide creative suggestions.</p></li><li><p>After the live stream ends, participate in data analysis and review meetings, and co-ordinate to drive optimization strategies.</p></li><li><p>Support offline activities, brand roadshows or trade shows hosting tasks if necessary.</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Not afraid of the camera, with clear and fluent oral expression ability, quick reaction, and good at on-the-spot adaptation.</p></li><li><p>Love social media platforms (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), have high sensitivity to live streaming trends, and those with relevant use or implementation experience are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Applicants with live streaming, hosting, performance or on-camera experience will be given priority, and personal portfolios are welcome to be attached.</p></li><li><p>Have basic digital tool operation skills, familiar with CapCut, Canva or simple video editing software as a plus.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Language skills: Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and basic English.</p></li><li><p>Education and work experience are not limited, fresh graduates and those who aspire to enter the live streaming industry are welcome to apply.</p></li><li><p>Applicants with Hong Kong permanent residency, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa or other valid work permit are eligible to apply.</p></li></ul><p><br> Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Monthly salary HKD $25,000 – $55,000 (base salary + high commission structure, adjusted according to experience and performance)</p></li><li><p>Live streaming performance bonus, commission on sales, and topic bonus</p></li><li><p>Flexible working hours and shift scheduling</p></li><li><p>On-the-job professional training, continuous improvement of hosting and content creation skills</p></li><li><p>MPF contribution</p></li><li><p>Medical and dental plans</p></li><li><p>Transportation allowance and overtime allowance</p></li><li><p>Additional allowance and special leave</p></li><li><p>Employee health center and recreational sports facilities</p></li></ul>
