Hong Kong cosmetics merchants financial/administrative officer

A. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily accounting and bookkeeping of the Hong Kong company, sorting out bank deposit and withdrawal vouchers, cross-border settlement documents, sales/purchase invoices, and ensuring that the accounts are clear.

3. Responsible for company bank account management, including income and expenditure reconciliation, cross-border payment and collection operations, bank statement printing, and synchronizing settlement data to the operations supervisor.

4. Responsible for company administrative work, including qualification renewal application, employee attendance statistics, Hong Kong and Shenzhen file transfer, office supplies procurement and management.

5. Responsible for physical store revenue verification, inventory data statistics, monthly summary of financial and inventory statements, and submission to the operations supervisor.

6. Assist in handling employee MPF contribution-related matters, retain MPF contribution receipts, and organize employment-related documents for employees.

II. Job Requirements

1. Age 22 to 50 years old, college degree or above, finance, accounting related majors, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a Hong Kong company.

2. Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards and tax regulations, understand the process of Hong Kong MPF contribution, and be able to use financial software and office software fluently.

3. Careful and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, good single invoice processing, data statistics ability, accurate verification of accounts and vouchers.

4. Able to use Mandarin, Cantonese, and English basic reading and writing abilities (able to understand English financial statements, tax documents).

5. Hold a valid Hong Kong work permit, be able to live and work long-term in Hong Kong, and be able to adapt to the one-person, multiple-job work pace of the start-up phase.

Three. Salary and benefits

1. Salary: HKD 13,000-20,000]

2. Benefits: The company contributes 5% MPF (company's share) to the Hong Kong statutory standard, with no additional allowance, and a 3-month probation period

3. Work hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30-18:30 (1 hour for lunch), weekend rotation, and holidays according to Hong Kong's statutory holidays.
