Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering incoming calls and handling various types of phone inquiries, providing professional and friendly customer service, and ensuring that each member receives immediate and accurate responses.

• Through WhatsApp and WeChat instant messaging platforms, handle member inquiries and operations such as product information, inventory status, ordering process and pick-up arrangements.

• Coordinate and execute room reservation arrangements, including recording requests, coordinating internal resources, sending confirmation notifications, and providing appropriate reminders and support before use.

• Execute daily administrative and clerical work, such as data input, file archiving, report sorting, etc., and actively maintain the front desk area and office environment clean and orderly, and showcase your professional image.

Work requirements

• Holding a Hong Kong Secondary School Diploma (DSE) or equivalent academic qualifications, fresh graduates or those with less than one year of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.

• Cantonese is the main communication language, and you must have fluent Mandarin skills to naturally respond to the exchange needs of members with different backgrounds.

• Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and WhatsApp/WeChat operations), with basic computer operating skills.

• Have good communication skills, patience and attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset, and be able to maintain politeness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
