Job Description

Job Responsibilities

According to customer needs and employee actual situation, compile suitable shift schedule and arrange security personnel on duty (dispatch shift).
Handle employee leave, shift changes, and other attendance-related applications to ensure adequate staffing and compliance with labor laws.
Regularly send updated shift schedules to customers and front-line employees to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
Use computer systems to manage shift schedules, holiday records, and various administrative files to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
In case of sudden situations or temporary shortage of personnel, quickly coordinate and transfer personnel to maintain normal operation of the service.

Work requirements

Second 3 or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, those who understand English are preferred.
One or more years of experience in editing or personnel scheduling.
Familiar with the basic provisions of the Labor Law regarding working hours, rest days, and overtime work.
Able to withstand high-pressure work environment, with the ability to independently process and solve problems.
Proficient in computer operations and common office software (such as Excel, Word, etc.), with good communication and coordination skills.
