Job: Part-time Senior Sales Assistant
Location: causeway bay
Main responsibilities
- Receive guests, provide consultation and provide quality high-end customer service.
- Maintain brand display and image management, and monitor warehouse environment (temperature/humidity).
- Assist members with reservations and provide post-purchase administrative support.
Job Requirements
- More than 1 year of retail experience (with luxury / high-end products related experience is preferred).
- Able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Proactive learning, attention to detail, and willingness to work and adjust shifts.
Salary and benefits
- Hourly rate: HK$80–HK$100 (depending on relevant experience)
- Prize: Another sales commission system is set up
- Training: The company provides professional onboarding training (including product maintenance knowledge)
Working hours
- At least 3 days of attendance per week
- Work 5-8 hours per day (shifts)
