Job Description

Job Title: Kitchen Helper

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily kitchen cleaning, including washing dishes, cooking utensils, worktops and floors, to ensure hygiene standards meet food safety regulations.
Timely replenish kitchen supplies, clean and organize the refrigerator, storage shelves and dry goods area, keep inventory in order, clearly labeled and regularly check expiration dates.
Coordinate with the kitchen operation rhythm, assist in serving dishes, passing dishes, and collecting used utensils during peak dining hours to maintain smooth back-end operations.
Follow the restaurant safety rules, use cleaning agents, knives and basic equipment correctly; if you discover any facility failures or safety hazards, you must immediately report them to your supervisor.

Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 16 years old, with no relevant work experience required. Graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; basic Chinese reading and writing abilities are required, as well as the ability to understand oral instructions and simple written guidance.
Responsibility and team spirit, obedience to arrangements, and ability to cooperate with shifts (including early, noon, evening and holiday shifts) , with basic time awareness and attendance stability.
Value personal hygiene, have no bad hygiene habits, and be willing to undergo food safety and basic kitchen operations training, and comply with the relevant requirements of the Food Industry Ordinance.
No criminal record, good health, and able to adapt to the high temperature, humidity and fast-paced environment of the kitchen; holding a valid Hong Kong identity card or legal work permit in Hong Kong.
