<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing the sourcing and procurement of technology components and materials from suppliers within China. This role involves identifying and evaluating qualified vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and optimizing cost-efficiency across the supply chain. The Sourcing Agent works closely with engineering, product, and logistics teams to support timely production and product development cycles.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Identify, assess, and manage suppliers of electronic components, PCBs, and other tech-related materials in China</p> <p>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers</p> <p>Perform supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality and industry standards</p> <p>Maintain strong relationships with Chinese vendors to ensure reliability and responsiveness</p> <p>Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends, new technologies, and supply risks</p> <p>Work with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with product development timelines</p> <p>Manage purchasing documentation, contracts, and records according to internal processes</p> <p><br>Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field</p> <p>2–5 years of sourcing or procurement experience, ideally in electronics or technology manufacturing</p> <p>In-depth understanding of China’s manufacturing ecosystem and supply chain dynamics</p> <p>Strong negotiation skills and cultural awareness in doing business in China</p> <p>Familiarity with international logistics, Incoterms, and trade compliance</p> <p>Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred</p> <p>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</p>
