Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, sales and promotion of the company's private equity fund products, and achieving sales targets
Responsible for building a company product sales/financing network, establishing a smooth communication path with Mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas enterprises, high net worth individuals, and institutions
As a liaison between the company and investors, provide customized investment solutions to customers, deepen product penetration, and enhance customer satisfaction
Seek new business opportunities, establish long-term stable partnerships with high net worth clients, institutional investors and corporations
Conduct market research, data analysis and customer needs assessment, optimize product supply and support internal team's professional training
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with investment banks, banks and other institutions, and promote business cooperation
Ensure sales activities comply with the relevant compliance requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
Achieve personal and team performance goals, and contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives
Requirements:
Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing or related fields
License requirements: Holders of Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licenses No. 1, 4, and 9
Work experience: At least 3 years of investment banking, fund management or private banking background; those who have served domestic and overseas customers are preferred.
Experience in participating and organizing many roadshows and fund promotion meetings (second priority)
Service provider investors have established a broad network and have a good performance record
In-depth understanding of investment products (such as cross-border solutions), investment portfolio strategies, and global market dynamics
Excellent communication, public speaking and relationship management skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and skilled in independent work or collaborating with cross-functional teams
Have fluent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, with preference for speaking Cantonese, and requiring proficiency in Mandarin
Reside in Hong Kong/Shenzhen, able to travel according to business needs
