1. Product packaging overall management (offline/online/custom)
Responsible for the overall planning and design direction of the company's all product packaging, including offline market packaging, e-commerce platform packaging, and customer customized packaging.
Communicate packaging needs with the design team, review design and sample drafts, and ensure visual consistency, accurate information, and brand tone.
Review packaging compliance based on different national/regional regulations (such as labeling standards, warning language).
2. New product development and sample management
Follow up on product sample production process, organize sample evaluation meetings, and propose professional improvement opinions on product appearance, function, and structure.
Coordinate internal testing, third-party testing and validation to ensure product performance and safety meet standards.
Follow up on prototypes, confirm mass production version, and be responsible for recording and organizing product specifications.
3. Product knowledge transfer and internal support
Provide systematic product training to company newcomers and sales teams.
Sort out the selling points of each product, create product introduction documents, training materials and technical guides for internal and external use.
Support the customer service team and assist in answering product technical issues and customer feedback.
4. Quality and compliance coordination
Communicate and coordinate with factories on customers’ inspection and factory audit arrangements and related corrective actions.
Follow up on product testing (such as functional testing, safety certification, etc.), ensure compliance with customer or regulatory requirements.
Track quality issues and push for factory improvements.
5. Large customer data and quotation support
Assist overseas teams in completing large customer quotation forms, providing product specifications, packaging information, cost analysis, etc. required data.
Based on customer market demand, prepare recommended product solutions and comparison data.
6. Order planning and inventory management
According to the forecast provided by the major customer, place orders with the factory to stock up.
Regularly analyze inventory turnover, ensure inventory health, and timely arrange replenishment based on sales rhythm.
Monitor supply chain abnormal situations and issue early warnings to ensure stable supplies.
7. Shipping management and document organization
Assign department colleagues to handle daily delivery tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Responsible for confirming and organizing delivery-related documents (such as packing lists, invoices, barcodes, labels, packaging diagrams, etc.), ensuring they are consistent with customer requirements.
8. Invoice tracking and customer coordination
Regularly check customer payment status and establish a payment tracking table.
If you discover any abnormalities, such as overdue payments or incorrect amounts, communicate and verify with the customer promptly and push for a resolution.
