<p><strong> Administrative Director ( Administration Director)</strong><br></p><p> Job Responsibilities </p><ul><li><p>Comprehensively coordinate the daily operation of the company's administrative department, ensure the efficient and orderly conduct of various administrative work</p></li><li><p>Develop, review and continuously optimize company administrative procedures, internal policies and standard operating procedures</p></li><li><p>Coordinate administrative, personnel, office management and internal communication affairs, and improve cross-departmental collaboration efficiency</p></li><li><p>Assist the senior management team in formulating corporate operating strategies and promoting the implementation of relevant execution plans</p></li><li><p>Prepare and manage annual administrative budgets, monitor procurement processes and cost control, and ensure effective use of resources</p></li><li><p>Coordinate cross-department administrative support needs, allocate resources reasonably and manage schedule arrangements</p></li><li><p>Responsible for organizational structure planning, personnel allocation, work assignment, and performance evaluation mechanism execution and supervision</p></li><li><p>Manage external suppliers and service providers, including contract negotiation, signing and subsequent performance monitoring</p></li><li><p>Regularly review the overall operating process and propose improvement suggestions to enhance work efficiency and service quality</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute annual administrative plans to ensure that goals are aligned with the company's development direction</p></li><li><p>Responsible for important file management, confidential data storage, and information security control</p></li><li><p>Regularly report to the board-level management on administrative operations and key performance indicators</p></li><li><p>Lead office relocation, space planning, equipment maintenance and site management</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements </p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business administration, public administration or related fields is preferred</p></li><li><p>Having 5 to 10 years of administrative work experience, with at least 3 years as a supervisor</p></li><li><p>Have rich experience in administrative system planning and reform, familiar with corporate compliance and governance requirements</p></li><li><p>Have excellent organizational, coordination and leadership skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure their effectiveness</p></li><li><p>Thoughtful and meticulous, with independent judgment and decision-making ability, strategic vision and holistic view</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent writing and communication skills in both languages</p></li><li><p>Familiar with human resources management processes, salary and benefits structures, and labor law related provisions</p></li><li><p>With actual team management experience, able to effectively motivate subordinates and establish an efficient work culture</p></li><li><p>Proficient in project management, budgeting and cost control techniques</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), Elite Pass, IANG, Dependent visa, etc. valid work permit; if the applicant is not local, the company can provide work visa support</p></li></ul><p><br> Benefits </p><ul><li><p>Monthly salary HK$45,000 – HK$70,000, negotiable based on experience and ability</p></li><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>Flexible work schedule</p></li><li><p>Five-day work week</p></li><li><p>Chinese statutory holidays</p></li><li><p>Transportation allowance</p></li><li><p>Meal allowance</p></li><li><p>Insurance plans</p></li><li><p>Medical plans</p></li><li><p>Employee health center services</p></li><li><p>14 paid annual leave days</p></li></ul>
