Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in handling daily business affairs of property sales, including customer reception, telephone consultation and customer data sorting and follow-up.
Assist in pushing forward the buying and selling process, including helping customers fill out a purchase intention form, a temporary sales and purchase agreement (LOI/TSA), arranging mortgage consultation and referral to a law firm for the following stages.
Support sales managers and senior colleagues in their work assignments, participate in property promotion activities, exhibition and sales support and market trend briefing.

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Cantonese communication skills, understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
Have good service awareness and affinity, be patient in responding to different types of customer needs, and have basic persuasion and coordination skills.
Actively and positively, strong sense of responsibility, able to cooperate with the team rhythm, and maintain stable performance under high pressure.
Must hold a valid Hong Kong identity card and be able to start work immediately; no criminal record, honest and trustworthy, respecting customer privacy and company operating secrets.
