About us

We are creating a new Italian restaurant — familiar, comforting, and full of soul, but presented with modern energy and style.
We’re looking for a Floor Manager / Host who can bring warmth, professionalism, and heart to the dining experience.

You will be the face and voice — the person guests remember when they think of great service and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow between front and kitchen

Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence

Manage reservations, table rotations, and guest flow efficiently

Handle guest feedback tactfully and resolve issues with empathy

Train and motivate service staff to maintain the restaurant’s hospitality standards

Support event service, take-away coordination, and overall customer experience

Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service discipline at all times

Requirements

Fluent Cantonese (mother tongue) — must be able to engage naturally with local guests

Good command of English (Mandarin a plus)

At least 3–5 years of restaurant floor experience, with some management or supervisory background

Warm, confident, and people-oriented personality — enjoys hosting and connecting with guests

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Calm, reliable, and professional even under pressure

Detail-minded, organized, and supportive to both guests and team
