Senior Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the operation, sales and market expansion of the lift rental business in the Hong Kong region

• Develop and implement regional business strategies to achieve leasing performance and market share targets

• Establish and manage a local team, including sales, technical support and customer service

• Establish solid cooperation relationships with government agencies and construction companies

• Supervise equipment scheduling, maintenance, and safe operation processes to ensure service quality

• Regularly report business progress to the headquarters, provide market analysis and strategic advice

• Lead brand promotion and image building in Hong Kong, enhance Hongxing Construction's local influence

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, engineering management, mechanical, marketing or related professional preferred

• More than 5 years of experience in aerial work platforms or construction equipment rental industry, with at least 2 years of management position experience

• Familiar with the Hong Kong construction industry market, regulations and safety standards

• Have excellent business acumen and market expansion abilities

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to efficiently execute multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to establish long-term cooperation with customers of different levels

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, English speakers are preferred
