Software Testing Team Leader

Duties:

1. Responsible for various tests of web and app-related products to ensure the final product quality and improve user satisfaction;

2. Participate in software requirement analysis, responsible for writing product software test cases;

2. Responsible for building test environments and ensuring their reliability;

3. Responsible for product software version integration testing, system testing, regression testing and acceptance testing;

4. Analyze, locate and feedback defects, and assist developers in promptly solving BUGs;

5. Write automated test scripts for testing, fully record test results, write complete test reports, etc. related technical documentation;

6. Participate in requirement and involvement review, and propose reasonable suggestions, effectively analyze user feedback, and locate problems.

Requirements:

1. Computer-related major, bachelor's degree or above;

3. Able to write test cases based on product requirements and ensure that the test cases cover all aspects of the corresponding function;

4. Write test plans, test cases, and test reports according to standards, and be familiar with common defect management tools;

5. Familiar with and familiar with common testing tools such as jmeter, fiddler, etc., and familiar with the use of bug management tools;

6. Strong logical thinking ability, able to control product experience from the user's perspective;

7. Strong execution ability, good team spirit, good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability;

8. Familiar with the financial industry is preferred;

9. English can be used as a working language.
