Job Description
<ul><li>Responsible for formulating and implementing relevant regional annual and monthly sales plans to ensure the sales and profit targets of organic vegetables are met.</li><li>Lead the expansion of Hong Kong's regional market, and enhance the company's local market share.</li><li>Monitor and effectively control various sales costs, improve overall operating efficiency.</li><li>Ensure a 100% return on sales from all channels, optimize cash flow efficiency.</li><li>Responsible for the assembly, training and daily management of the sales team, and improving the team's overall performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><ol><li>More than 3 years of retail (B2B) fast-moving consumer goods sales and management experience, those with vegetable or fruit and other fresh food categories are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with the supermarket channel operation mode in Hong Kong, those who have relevant channel resources are preferred.</li><li>College degree or above, marketing, business management, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.</li><li>Have strong market analysis skills, negotiation skills, and customer relationship maintenance skills.</li><li>Able to withstand a large amount of work pressure, with good communication and coordination skills and team leadership ability.</li></ol>
