Sales Vice President

Core responsibilities

1. Strategy and operations implementation

1. Participate in the development of overseas business annual strategic planning and operating plan, and lead its full implementation.

1. Build and continuously optimize a standardized operating system and SOP.

2. Through in-depth analysis of business data, improve operating efficiency and profitability.

3. Team management

1. Lead and empower overseas operations team, create a high-performance, responsible team culture.

4. Business growth and market expansion

1. Lead the new market store location, opening preparation and operation support to ensure the new store's rapid success.

2. Insight into market trends, identification of growth opportunities, and driving sales and profit improvement at existing stores.

5. Cross-departmental collaboration

Efficiently coordinate with various departments of the headquarters to ensure seamless integration of resources and strategies.

Job Requirements

1. Basic requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, business management, retail management or related fields are preferred.

2. 10 years of retail experience in Hong Kong or overseas, with at least 5 years as regional director, operations director, etc. high-level management positions, with successful multi-store management and new store opening experience.

3. Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident ID or valid Hong Kong work visa.

2. Core Competencies:

1. Operation system construction ability: good at building operation systems, and familiar with process optimization and detailed control.

2. Leadership and Influence: Have successful experience in leading large and medium-sized teams, good at motivating and developing talents.

3. Business insight: Proficient in data analysis, able to discover business problems and drive solutions from it.

4. Language ability: Fluent in Chinese and English (English is the working language), Cantonese is preferred.
