- Responsible for the execution and supervision of the building's safety shift program, ensuring that all positions are handed over and patrolled on time
- Coordinate the security guard schedule for about 80 single-story properties, based on contract requirements and staffing availability
- In case of emergency or sudden accident, immediately deploy security personnel from nearby areas to provide support and ensure rapid and effective response
- Monitor daily operations, regularly review shift arrangements and emergency procedures, and improve service efficiency and safety
Work requirements
- 6 days work, working hours from 7 am to 7 pm
- With relevant security management or property management experience, familiar with the safety and security procedures and daily operations of security personnel
- Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to quickly make adaptive decisions under high pressure
- Proficient in basic computer operations, able to use electronic spreadsheets or related systems for editing and record management
