Helpdesk Engineer (IT Support Team)

What you’ll be doing?

• Provide technical assistance and support

• Troubleshoot desktop computers and applications

• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders

• DSE or above

• Fresh graduate is welcome

• Basic Knowledge in Server, PC, and LAN / WAN and networking equipment

• Good commandin written and spoken English and Chinese

• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, quick learner, and with a strong sense of responsibility
