1. Job Description:
1. Sales goal management
Set and decompose annual sales targets for the Hong Kong region, monitor monthly/quarterly achievement status.
Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, and propose corresponding strategies.
2. Channel and customer management
Coordinate and manage department store kiosks, shopping center kiosks, and e-commerce platforms, etc. multi-channel sales network.
Maintain key customer relationships, coordinate resources to support large customer promotions and event execution.
3. Sales team management
Responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation and motivation of the local sales team.
Establish standard sales processes and service protocols, and enhance terminal execution.
4. Sales strategy execution and optimization
Landing headquarters promotion policy, planning localized sales activities (such as holiday promotions, member days).
Optimize sales strategy based on market feedback, improve conversion rate and customer unit price.
5. Data analysis and reporting
Regularly output sales analysis reports, including category performance, channel efficiency, competitive product dynamics, etc.
Provide decision support to the headquarters, participate in the formulation of regional pricing and inventory strategies.
6. Compliance and risk control
Ensure sales activities comply with Hong Kong regulations and brand standards, and prevent risks such as false advertising and price violations.
Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of cosmetics, fast-moving consumer goods or retail industry sales management experience; at least 2 years of team management experience. Candidates with international brand or high-end beauty brand experience are preferred.
2. Familiar with the Hong Kong local consumption market, beauty industry trends and major competitors (such as Lancome, Estee Lauder, local brands) sales strategies;
3. Have good professional ethics and compliance awareness, strong sense of responsibility;
4. Language skills: Cantonese, Mandarin, fluent English writing and speaking ability.
5. Educational background requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, retail management, etc. Relevant professional background is preferred. ;
6. Management skills: Proficient in sales goal decomposition, process monitoring and performance review, with strong numerical sensitivity.
7. Team leadership: Have the ability to motivate teams and cultivate talents, and be able to establish an efficient and positive sales culture.
5. Coordination ability: Able to effectively coordinate with distributors, retailers, and various departments of the headquarters to solve practical problems.
6. Able to accept irregular business trips (including travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong)
