Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Cantonese-speaking customers,Securities account opening serviceProcess, including customer consultation, document review, system registration and follow-up, to ensure that account opening operations are compliant, efficient and meet regulatory requirements.

• Proactively expand potential customersGroup, promote company securities trading services through telephone, email, online platforms and cooperation channels, enhance brand awareness and customer conversion rate.

• Regularly organize customer feedback and market dynamics, assist in optimizing opening experience and marketing rhetoric, and participate in internal training material updates and process improvement suggestions.

• Complete daily customer contact records, account opening progress tracking, and weekly/monthly business reports on time to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and support team goal achievement.

Work requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English, with cross-lingual communication skills, able to naturally respond to diverse language environments of Cantonese-speaking customers.

• Have excellent interpersonal interaction and persuasion skills, quickly build trust, patiently handle customer concerns, and demonstrate a high level of service awareness and responsibility.

• Preference will be given to those with basic knowledge of the securities market and opening account procedures.

• Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook), with basic data sorting and document writing abilities.

• Holding a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or meeting the eligibility criteria for Talent Pass, Elite Pass, IANG, Dependents' visa or other legitimate work visa in Hong Kong.
