Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the slaughter, descaling, gutting, gill removal, cleaning, and preliminary cutting of fresh seafood (including but not limited to tilapia, pomfret, bass, grouper, etc. common seafood), ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- According to the specific requirements of restaurants, hotels or wholesale customers, different specifications and parts are processed, such as whole meat removal, boneless slicing, cubing or preserving a specific shape for immediate cooking and consumption.
Work requirements
- Aged 18 or above, no specific academic qualifications are required, but basic reading and writing skills must be possessed, and Chinese instructions and simple work records (such as product items, quantities, time, etc.) must be understood.
- Applicants with at least 6 months of experience in gutting fish, handling seafood or related food processing are preferred; newcomers who have completed training may also be considered, but must pass the basic operations test.
- Able to adapt to low temperature and slippery environment (such as ice fresh area, sink side), with good physical strength and endurance, able to stand for a long time and move 15 kilograms of seafood materials or less.
