IT Support Officer (6 Months Contract)

<p>Our client, a leading IT solutions provider, specializes in resolving technical challenges and maintaining seamless IT operations for diverse businesses. They seek a <strong>Temporary IT Support Officer</strong> to assist with critical projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system efficiency.</p><p></p><p><strong>Working Location: </strong>Multiple working locations (Depends)</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the unboxing, installation, and disassembly of computer equipment in preparation for events.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the configuration, testing, and maintenance of other related equipment.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the dismantling, packing, and recovery of related equipment after the event.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support for computer equipment at the event venue during the event, handle terminal hardware failures, and ensure stable operation of equipment throughout the event.</p></li><li><p>Manage the operation and maintenance of other peripheral equipment at the event venue (including printers and networks), identify issues, and provide immediate solutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields</p></li><li><p>At least one year of experience in computer operations and maintenance</p></li><li><p>Basic networking knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and ability to quickly learn and master new equipment or systems</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Windows operating system, proficiency in basic hardware installation and configuration</p></li></ul><p></p><p>For Interested parties, you may submit your application by clicking apply button.
