Business Director

Duties include:

2. Build good relationships with government departments, associations and other relevant institutions, and strive to obtain more quota resources.

3. Analyze the Hong Kong foreign labor market demand and competitive environment, adjust business strategies according to market dynamics, and develop targeted customer acquisition plans.

4. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with potential customers, regularly report business progress, set and achieve annual sales targets, and promote rapid growth of the company's business in the Hong Kong market.

Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of business development or sales experience, those with foreign labor recruitment, human resources services or quota application related experience are preferred.

2. Understand the demand and recruitment process for foreign workers in Hong Kong's construction, nursing, and catering industries.

3. Excellent business negotiation skills, able to independently develop and maintain high-value customers.

4. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
