Internal Audit Specialist

1. Educational requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree must be from a 985 university majoring in International Economics and Trade;

2. Master's degree must be from a domestic double first-class university or a QS ranking of the top 150 universities MBA related professional.

II.Professional skills required:

2. Master risk model building and stress testing, be familiar with Excel advanced functions (such as VBA), Python for data modeling, or using RiskMetrics and other professional risk control tools.

3. Have financial statement analysis and valuation skills, be able to identify potential risk points (such as related party transactions, liquidity risk) through financial statements, and provide past analysis report cases.

Three,Work experience requirements:

1. Have more than 10 years of financial industry work experience, of which at least 5 years are in the compliance and risk control position;

2. Must have 3 years or more of domestic large central enterprises (financial industry) work experience;

3. Must have 5 years of compliance and risk management experience in private equity funds / securities companies, such as China Securities Co., Ltd., Jinwu Capital Management Co., Ltd., and Zhongyue Capital Management Co., Ltd., with a deep understanding of securities trading rules and fund product operation procedures, and familiar with the key points of equity and debt investment business risk control.

4. Participated in major financial projects' compliance and risk control work, led or as core members to solve complex compliance issues or risk events.

Four. Certificate qualifications:

1. Hold a fund management qualification, securities qualification, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager) and other relevant certificates.
