This full-time position is essential for maintaining smooth supply chain processes and meeting and responding to customer expectations.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Handle ecommerce and warehouse fulfilment</li><li>Liaise with internal office with stock situation and order arrangement</li><li>Handle inbound/outbound shipping documents</li><li>Perform data entry, filing and clerical duties</li><li>Responsible for warehouse administration</li><li>Optimise handling of couriers and logistics service providers</li><li>Work with Warehouse and ERP systems</li><li>Responsibility for ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy</li><li>Work with operation / technology team to identify opportunity for improving existing process</li><li>Create and maintain succinct operational procedure documents and materials</li><li>Adopt, learn, and operate various 3rd party logistics and operational platforms</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><ul><li>Form 5 or above</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in logistics / warehouse</li><li>Proficient in Cantonese and English</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong><br>We offer competitive remuneration, personal growth and experience in a global growing platform.
