Post-sales specialist (intern)

<p>Job Responsibilities:</p><p>1. Data statistics and update:</p><p>1) Weekly accurate statistics on transaction data, complete data processing and reporting, and ensure information accuracy.</p><p>2) Monthly update of the annual customer list at fixed points to maintain the integrity and timeliness of customer data.</p><p>2. Receive and inspect the house:</p><p>Weekly responsible for assisting in the arrangement of receiving and inspecting houses, including preliminary coordination, on-site assistance, etc. </p><p>3. Material Management:</p><p>Responsible for post-sales related procurement planning, inventory registration and daily management, ensuring supply of materials and standardized storage. </p><p></p><p>II. Work hours and corresponding content:</p><p>1. Fixed office hours: 2 days per week (location: company office)</p><p>Job Responsibilities: Process post-purchase related documents, respond and follow up on customers’ post-purchase matters, sort and verify various data, manage post-purchase supplies, and accompany customers to conduct acceptance work. </p><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities: Online processing of post-purchase documents, remote response to customers' post-purchase needs, and continued completion of data sorting work. </p><p></p><p>Three, employment requirements:</p><p>• Work attitude: enthusiastic and positive, full of enthusiasm for work, and proactive in taking on various tasks;</p><p>• Dealing with others: sincere and responsible, I can always maintain an honest and trustworthy attitude towards customers and work;</p><p>• Work ability: Careful and cautious, able to accurately process data, files and various details of work, and avoid omissions.</p><p>• Note: No specific work experience or skills required, suitable for beginners.</p>
