Duties include:
1. Maintain GitLab+Jenkins, support gray/ blue-green/rolling deployment and emergency rollback, standardize Docker image files and multi-environment deployment.
2. Responsible for Java microservice deployment and fault handling, maintaining Nacos registration and configuration center, permissions and change process.
3. Deploy and maintain C++ distributed services, perform performance tuning and anomaly detection, write/maintain startup and monitoring scripts.
4. Maintain Alibaba Cloud SLS log collection and alerting, improve Prometheus metrics and Grafana dashboards, configure Alertmanager routing and Telegram push notifications.
5. Manage Alibaba Cloud resources (ECS/SLB/RDS/OSS, etc.), perform capacity and cost optimization, optimize DNS/CDN/load balancing and cross-regional network experience.
6. Participate in shift work, 7x24 emergency response, urgently handle production problems, and output fault reports and replays.
7. Use Bash/Python/Go to implement automatic deployment, inspection, change, and scaling, and promote process standardization and platformization.
Job Requirements
1. More than 3 years of maintenance experience; Solid Linux and network foundation, familiar with common troubleshooting tools, good collaboration ability, and able to adapt to shift work.
2. Familiar with Alibaba Cloud/AWS core services and cost optimization, with capacity planning and permission isolation practice (Terraform/ROS preferred).
6. Familiar with Prometheus (scraping, relabeling, recording rules), Grafana (templating and alarming); familiar with Alibaba Cloud SLS; familiar with Alertmanager and Telegram/Webhook integration.
7. Proficient in at least one scripting language, familiar with IaC/Configuration Management (Ansible/Terraform/Helm any), and with security and compliance awareness (certificates, audits, patches, image file security).
8. Have event closed-loop capability (location, disposition, RCA, review and improvement), be able to build SOP/shift manual/knowledge base, and promote indicator-based maintenance (MTTA/MTTR, etc.).
