Security Engineer (Senior Manager)

Headquarters-based Internet brokerage firm in Hong Kong is recruiting a Web3 security engineer (at the senior manager level). Excellent salary and benefits, with great career prospects ahead.

Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement security architectures for fintech platforms, ensuring compliance with industry security standards and regulations.

2.Develop standardized security solutions tailored to industry best practices and organizational needs to mitigate risks such as cyber attacks and data breaches, with emphasis on safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business systems.

3.Conduct periodic comprehensive security risk assessments at the architectural level, propose remediation measures, and drive implementation.

4.Lead the end-to-end design of unified identity management systems for internal and external use, including account management, authentication (e.g., SSO, CAS), authorization (e.g., OAuth 2.0, JWT), and access control module integration.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Operations) to enforce security design standards and maintain security artifacts such as system architecture diagrams.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Web3/blockchain.

2.Familiarity with blockchain business logic; experience in leading the planning, design, and optimization of core business system architectures (application, technical, data, and AI). Ability to identify security risks (e.g., unauthorized operations) and deliver tailored, compliant security solutions.

3.In-depth knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect) and access control models (RBAC/ABAC).

4.Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., cloud-native technologies) for R&D and innovation. 5.Solid expertise in architecture design methodologies with practical experience, capable of guiding development teams in implementation.

6.English level required.

Nice-To-Have:

1.Experience in finance or experience with blockchain transaction systems.

2.Holding international security certifications such as CISSP, CCSAM, or CCSP.

3.Experience in designing security architectures for large-scale blockchain systems from the ground up (0 to 1).
