Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily safety inspections in the jurisdiction, covering work environment, equipment and facilities, personnel operations and protective measures, etc. Comprehensive risk point screening.
Comply with regulations to compile and submit various safety reports, including routine inspection records, hidden danger rectification follow-up reports, sudden event preliminary investigation reports and monthly safety analysis briefs.
Collaborate with the on-site management team to implement safety management systems, supervise construction or work processes to comply with regulations and company safety standards, and ensure high-risk stages are controlled.

Work requirements

Have at least one year of on-site safety management or occupational safety-related practical experience, familiar with the characteristics of construction sites, factories or similar high-risk places. Candidates with such experience are preferred.
Familiar with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and its related subsidiary laws, the basic methods of hazard identification and risk assessment, and able to independently judge common safety hazards and propose reasonable improvement suggestions.
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to clearly explain safety requirements to people of different levels, and properly handle site opinions and conflicts.
