Purchase Coordination Specialist
Procurement Coordination Officer
Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily procurement affairs and order follow-up, including issuing purchase orders, confirming supplier responses, tracking delivery progress and arranging acceptance
Maintain close communication with local and overseas suppliers, coordinate delivery dates, quantities, specifications, packaging and quality requirements to ensure stable and compliant supplies
Regularly compile and update procurement reports (such as order fulfillment rate, supplier delivery performance, procurement expenditure analysis, etc.), supporting management decision-making
Support supplier evaluation and management work, including basic information review, performance data collection and preliminary communication and coordination
Work requirements
With a high diploma or associate degree, majoring in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, operations management or related fields
1 to 3 years of full-time work experience in procurement, supply chain support or operational coordination, with manufacturing or warehouse logistics background preferred
Familiar with the procurement process, including requirement confirmation, price negotiation, order processing, delivery follow-up, invoice payment, and supplier collaboration
Have good writing and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English, and be able to handle bilingual correspondence independently
Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and properly arrange them according to priority; proactive problem-solving and coordination awareness
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data filtering, and pivot tables) and Office suite software, with basic ERP system operation experience, is preferred.
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a valid high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hireback arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other legal work permit in Hong Kong
Office work mode, working hours from Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, location in Tseung Kwan O
