Interior Designer Assistant
Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior interior designers in drawing floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings for residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that the drawings comply with standards and project requirements

• Systematically organize and archive design data from each stage, including tape measure records, material samples, supplier information, and customer communication records

• Participate in on-site measurement, record space dimensions, structural conditions and current details, and assist in subsequent scheme comparison and correction

• Follow up on project progress, coordinate the basic information exchange between the internal design team and the external construction unit, and support the design implementation

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or related fields, with solid design theory foundations and spatial perception abilities

• Proficient in using AutoCAD for precise drafting, and able to use SketchUp to create 3D models; those with basic Photoshop or Lumion rendering experience are preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant practical experience (including internships), able to handle basic design support tasks independently, and gradually assume more responsibilities under guidance

• Fluent in Mandarin, with good writing and oral expression skills, able to clearly understand customer needs and accurately convey design intentions
