Private Assistant (monthly salary of 40-50K, need to travel)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for arranging the boss's business meetings and private trips

• Responsible for travel arrangements in Hong Kong, the mainland and overseas, including visas, air tickets, hotels and transportation

• Need to follow the boss on business trips, adapt to a changing work environment, and be ready to respond and solve unexpected situations

• During business trips, responsible for local transportation and handling unexpected situations

Requirements:

• 5-10 years or above secretarial/private assistant experience

• University degree (graduation from any of the eight universities in Hong Kong)

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong

• Proficient in handling administrative meeting work

• Cantonese, Mandarin, excellent English, and knowledge of Japanese as a plus

• Acceptable long-term business trips, spending half the year in Hong Kong and the mainland, and the other half overseas

Salary and benefits:

• Monthly salary: HK$40,000 - HK$50,000 (depending on experience).

• Holiday: 10 days of annual leave

• Trial period: 3 months

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00
