Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in engineering project quotation work, including material cost estimation, labor time evaluation and related cost analysis, to ensure that the quotation is competitive and reasonable.
Regularly visit construction sites to conduct progress inspections, record construction conditions, safety compliance, and quality implementation, and report abnormal problems in real time.
As a project window, actively maintain contact with customers, clarify demand changes, respond to on-site inquiries, arrange site inspections, and provide progress briefings and written updates in a timely manner.
Organize and archive engineering-related documents, including quotes, inspection records, meeting summaries, change orders, and acceptance data, to maintain a clear and traceable file system.

Work requirements

Have at least one year of practical experience in an engineering-related field, familiar with civil, mechanical or decorating engineering processes is preferred.
Have actually participated in engineering bidding operations, able to independently complete basic cost calculations, understand common building materials specifications and market prices.
Have good on-site observation and communication and coordination skills, be able to clarify priority sequences in a multi-task environment and handle emergencies properly.
Familiar with common office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with basic graphic reading ability (such as plan configuration diagram, construction drawing) as a plus.
