Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Internship Salesperson/Licensed Salesperson)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the introduction, customer viewing, purchase and lease of residential and commercial properties in various districts of Hong Kong, covering the entire network of branches in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories
- Plan and execute real estate promotion activities, including writing promotional copy, creating sales materials, participating in exhibitions and community promotion, and improving project exposure and customer conversion rate
- Proactively develop and maintain customer resources, establish long-term trust relationships through phone calls, social platforms and on-site visits, and continuously expand buyer, tenant and owner networks
- Assist customers in handling transaction procedures, including price negotiation, preliminary contract signing, formal purchase and sale contract arrangements and mortgage referral, etc. Ensure that the transaction is smoothly completed
- Regularly participate in company internal training and market analysis meetings, understand the latest real estate market trends, legal regulations (such as the Estate Agents Ordinance) and sales skills, and strengthen professional abilities
Requirements:
- Year 18, no academic qualifications and relevant work experience restrictions; welcome fresh graduates, career changers and real estate industry colleagues to join
- Already hold or willing to obtain the "Real Estate Agent (Salesperson) License" issued by the Hong Kong Real Estate Agents Regulatory Authority within three months of employment
- Have a positive and proactive attitude, hard-working and ambitious, goal-oriented, and value personal income and career development as a dual-track growth
- Excellent communication and expression skills, able to clearly convey the advantages of the property, and have basic persuasion and stress resistance abilities
- Willing to accept flexible work time arrangements, including weekend and public holiday shifts, to accommodate customer needs
