Job Responsibilities

• Assist in following up on the company's various business and project arrangements

• Responsible for organizing project documents, files, and related records

• Coordinate internal team and partner communication work

• Follow up on project progress and assist with handling daily affairs

• Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports and data analysis

• Update and maintain project-related databases

• Support department daily operations and administrative work

• Complete other work assignments assigned by the supervisor

Position requirements

• Grade Six or above / DSE qualification

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Work attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and execution ability

• Have good time management skills

• Familiar with basic computer operations and Office software applications

• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them on time

• Applicants with administrative, project support or relevant experience are preferred
