[Job Responsibilities]
1. Develop Hong Kong branch operation indicators and annual development plans, promote and ensure the completion of team sales, profit, and other business indicators;
3. Comprehensive and coordinated management of store operations, market analysis based on the consumption characteristics and competitive dynamics of the jurisdiction, regular reporting of store operations and management, organization of regional meetings, QSC demonstrations, performance improvement, profit-enhancing action plans, and operating analysis to solve and process operational-related issues;
4. Responsible for the quality of new store development, engineering quality and progress tracking, ensuring on-time opening; responsible for the supervision and evaluation of QSC management in each store; establish various emergency response mechanisms and processes, and handle customer complaints and other events properly;
5. Responsible for managing and coordinating the work relationship and daily affairs between the departments under his jurisdiction and other cross-departmental organizations.
[Job Requirements]
1. Understand Cantonese, with at least 10 years of experience in restaurant operations and management, including at least 3 years of experience in this position, those with large-scale restaurant chain experience in this position are preferred;
2. Have McDonald's, KFC regional manager or director experience, or Cantonese dim sum / everyone's joy / big happiness etc. Operation manager or operation director experience is preferred;
3. Good at analyzing business reports and reviewing operational management opportunities, sharp and solid data analysis and application skills, multi-dimensional thinking and problem solving, and strong overall planning and execution ability;
4. Good team management skills, communication skills, business negotiation skills and service awareness.
