Pan-Asia Catering (Hong Kong) was established in 1990 and provides catering services to local institutional customers such as universities, hospitals, government departments, and public and private organizations through a well-managed, effective and flexible, properly reliable, resource-rich, and creative operation model.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in properly executing personnel management and kitchen operations
- Ensure product quality meets the company's established standards
- Cost control and management of various items
Requirements:
Second 3, 3 years or above relevant work experience
Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese
Working hours:
Every week 6 days, 9 hours a day (7 am to 10:30 pm) (shifts and breaks)
