Job Responsibilities<br>

<li>Plan and execute post-live streaming advertising strategies, formulate reasonable budget allocation plans, and ensure maximum advertising benefits.</li>
<li>According to the target audience characteristics, accurately set the audience conditions, choose appropriate advertising platforms (such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for ad placement.</li>
<li>Coordinate design and copywriting teams to create high-conversion-rate advertising materials, including videos, images, and promotional copy, ensuring that the content meets the brand's tone and marketing goals.</li>

<li>Collaborate closely with live streaming teams, designers and business departments, integrate resources, and push cross-departmental projects smoothly. </li>
</ul>
Work requirements<br>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in operating Meta ad managers, Google Ads, etc., mainstream advertising platforms, those with actual operation experience are preferred.</li>
<li>Have solid data analysis skills, able to use Google Analytics for performance tracking, and adjust your ad placement strategy based on the data.</li>
<li>Have basic advertising material planning skills, with basic design or copywriting experience as a plus.</li>
<li>Have good communication and coordination skills, effectively link different departments, and push project progress.</li>
<li>Sensitivity to digital advertising trends, problem-solving oriented thinking, able to work independently and withstand pressure.</li>
